At AMS, I've been entrusted with the leadership and architectural direction of our B2B Software Review Platform. This platform serves as a valuable tool for businesses, offering them unbiased reviews, comparisons, and pricing insights. In conjunction with AMS's consulting services, we've crafted a solution that's both informative and practical. System Design: I took the lead in designing the system architecture, ensuring it aligned with industry best practices and our specific needs. One of my proudest moments was successfully integrating the CMS with our main product, a step that enabled us to offer more targeted content suggestions to our users. Team Leadership: As the lead of a 14-member team, I helped navigate our workflow using Agile & Scrum methodologies, incorporating Kanban for certain product development stages. My role also extended to the hiring realm, where I played a part in recruiting and interviewing potential team members. Technological Implementation: Cloud/Infrastructure: With a focus on robustness, I guided our team to effectively utilize Azure's suite, including Docker, PostgreSQL, Azure Cloud Functions, among others. Backend Development: My expertise in Python, Django, and other technologies informed our backend decisions and strategies. Frontend Development: I steered our frontend development, choosing a mix of TypeScript, React, Next.js, and other tools to ensure a responsive and user-friendly interface. Our vision is broad, and with the platform's design accommodating scalability, we're poised to support a growing user base.
