Over the past decade I've built and shipped data-heavy, large-scale products where performance is non-negotiable and downtime is unacceptable. I care deeply about the people I work with — training, mentoring, and growing teams is as important to me as writing good code.
My current obsession is AI and Large Language Models: how to integrate them responsibly into products and how to use them to make engineering teams faster without sacrificing quality.
Outside of work I'm interested in photography, trail running, and building tools that scratch my own itches — this site being one of them.
